Closeout & Occupancy

HCI Construction Inc. does not believe that our services end with the completion of construction work on the project.  We will provide within the terms of the contact necessary consultation and transitional services to facilitate your occupancy.  Some of the services we provide include the following:

1. Prepare a list of corrective work and monitor it so that completion is accomplished quickly.
2. Provide operational and maintenance requirement manuals for all equipment and systems. Verify that all of these manuals are in usable form and properly cataloged.
3. Beneficial occupancy of portions of the building as they are finished, if allowed by the project specification.
4. Secure and assemble guarantees and warranties in a manner that will facilitate their enforcement and assure their meaningful implementation when required.
5. Review of as-built drawings to ensure as much accuracy as possible.
