Management of your project includes a number of reporting methods that will keep you informed of the status of this project.

Project Manager’s

During the project, the Project Manager will create various logs that will assist with tracking RFIs, Submittals, and Change Order Status’s.

Meeting Minutes

HCI Construction Inc. will prepare and issue minutes for all meetings involving our personnel. These minutes will be issued within three days to those involved in the meetings.  This will provide timely and useful information to the participants.

Cost Estimates

Cost estimates will be presented regularly throughout the project if required for changes in work. Cost control will be an on-going activity throughout the entire project.  Internally HCI utilizes construction accounting software to generate: project cost reports, labor reports, certified payroll, and payment applications.
