Self-Performed Work

HCI routinely self performs and/or provide preconstruction services for estimating, scheduling, project management, field supervision, demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical work.

We will meet or exceed any self-performance required in the contract documents.
