Our general approach to construction administration services is to develop a schedule of field interactions unique to each project, which enables the design intent to be fully realized, consistent with the contract documents, and structured in a manner that allows for the maximum continuity in the delivery of the project.

The Project Manager will lead the construction administration effort from the design side, following the project into the field. The Project Manager will approve all submittals upon approval/receipt. The Project Manager will make job site visits and issue subsequent reports at a minimum of every two weeks.
